Why we exist
Most organizations are running on a tangle of point tools — a CRM here, a marketing platform there, a scheduling app, an email service, a billing system, a website, a separate analytics dashboard. Each one promised efficiency. None of them talk to each other. The people in the middle absorb the integration cost in their evenings, in their tab-switching, in their copy-paste.
Worse, the AI wave is now layering on top of that mess. Five new copilots, each with no memory of the others. Six different "agents" stuck inside six different products. The fragmentation problem doesn't go away — it accelerates.
Hyphos Consulting exists because someone has to build the integrated layer instead. That's what we do.
What we believe
Software's job is to disappear. The best software fades into the background of the work, takes the manual coordination off your team's plate, and gives back the time that should have been spent on the part of the job people actually care about — the relationships, the judgment calls, the craft.
We don't believe in efficiency for its own sake. We've watched too many "transformation" projects optimize organizations into joyless machines. We believe in human flourishing — software that lets people do meaningful work at a sustainable pace, where relationships are characterized by loyalty and genuine care, where the most vulnerable people in your organization are protected, not sacrificed to aggregate optimization.
Efficiency is not the goal. Human flourishing is the goal. The efficiency falls out as a side effect.
How we work
Small team, named lead, two-week shippable increments. We sit with your front-line people, not just your executives. We show working software early — not slide decks. We tell you when we think you shouldn't hire us, and we mean it.
We take on a few engagements a year, by design. The work is better when we can stay close to it.
The Hyphos family
Hyphos Consulting is the services arm. We own and operate two pieces of software ourselves:
